The staff is what makes this hotel exceptional. Kind, courteous and attentive, in particular Khristina/Katarina (I forgot the name I’m afraid) who went above and beyond and upgraded us to a suite. It made our trip so special. The hotel itself is lovely, there are a few impracticalities in terms of design, but these are minor and didn’t impact our stay. The rooms were spotless and the staff were simply fantastic. By far, one of the best hotels we’ve been to in London and I will definitely be staying again.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed. They even gave me an iPhone charger when I realized I didn’t pack one. The hotel gives a luxurious vibe. There is a club, restaurants and two bars on site. My only regret is not having more time to enjoy all of what the hotel has to offer!!! I will stay here next time I’m in London.
