The rooms here are quite small but very well appointed and extremely clean. Ideal for a short stay. Space is very limited but the price is very good for this central location in London. Transport links, restaurants and attractions are a stones throw away.

The rooms are a little small but Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a great night sleep which was all I needed it for. Would definitely use the hotel again for future stays in London.

I lively new hotels with brilliant family rooms. However the noise from the cafe areas below went on all through the night and with single glazing you could hear everything - if you want to be in the centre of everything this hotel is great. If you want a peaceful nights sleep you need to chose somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay and this hotel is a great location for west end shows as well as sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The only down fall of our stay was the unbelievable noise that came from the room above us (to the point the air con vents were shaking in the ceiling) Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it did affect our stay as it kept us awake and woke us up early. Despite this we would stay again

I flew in a bit early, I tried dropping off my luggage and freshen up in their bathroom and go explore until check in time. However, they did not allow me to use their restrooms and the manager was very rude & I ended up booking something elsewhere. This hotel felt more like a Motel

Das negative zuerst, dann das positive😊: Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man öffnet die Tür und das Zimmer besteht im Grunde nur aus Bett, das Fenster (nicht aufmachbar) erreicht man nur wenn man über das Bett klettert. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein, wenn man sich anzieht muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht stößt. Das Bad hat keine Steckdose, man muss sich auf dem Bett sitzend föhnen. Das Positive: Sehr modern, man konnte alles vom Bett aus steuern, das Licht dimmen, die Klimaanlage etc., es ist in einer super Lage. Direkt vor dem Eingang ist die National Portrait Gallery und 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist der Trafalgar Square.
