"Amazing hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The place is lovely and clean. The staff after amazing, any questions they will have the answer for it. Room was a great size, bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, the towels were also great. Being a plus size woman, hotel towels are always hit and miss but these were amazing. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t haven’t any. The ice machine was a lovely addition to have to make cold drinks in the heat. It is in an amazing location as well, with it only being 2 minutes down the road from the Victoria line and all the buses Will definitely be returning here in the future!!!"

"Oh my word, this was the most incredible hotel for our 30th anniversary in London!!! From the beautiful rooms to the incredible kind staff to John the doorman and Hana and Joe at the front desk, so incredible. We are so grateful.!!! Jonah was sooo helpful and kind with everything especially bringing me coffee one early morning!!! "The staff were all very friendly and helped me with some document printing (really appreciated). The location is close to Victoria station and coach station as we mainly had to access different spots via these two. They provided daily room service and free breakfast which were great things that made people save money and time. There was a Tesco Express nearby and some restaurants were good (Nandos…). If a luggage storage service is needed and a 24/7 reception would help your arrival, I do recommend this hotel to tourists. The quadruple room is big enough to accommodate 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage. The showroom is very small but that enlarges a big room space. No lifts in the hotel, if carrying heavy luggage or with little kids, it’s better to request for a ground floor or… Btw, when taking the free breakfast, Only take a drink on your own, cos the ladies will bring you toasts, jelly, eggs, veggie sausages, and baked beans with your preference (just sit and wait).😆"
