It’s in a great location. It’s a no frills hotel, the rooms are basic but very clean. The staff I interacted with were really nice and friendly.

Very old hotel with tiny rooms and bathrom close to Victoria train, underground and coach stations.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room provided excellent facilities that perfectly suited my needs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it undoubtedly offers the best value accommodation in Victoria.

Nice place, could be a little better

Walls are thin so you hear other guests. Late night guests were a little noisy so signs for quiet hours would be great. Downstairs shared bathroom was annoyingly messy…water not effectively being blocked from wetting bathroom floor. Maybe longer shower curtain or some other ideas?

Don’t book a single room for 2 people. Small single rooms. Shared bath (not stated on site.) There are rooms “downstairs “ so if you have luggage be prepared to carry them up and down those stairs. NO LIFT. TV and Internet very good. This place is on Eccelson SQUARE! Beware: there is Eccelson STREET and Eccelson PLACE. You can get messed up trying to find it.

Rubbish - both hotel.Com and this hotel

This hotel was under renovation and that was their excuse . There was a light fitting it wanting to be connected , wifi dropped off all the time , no ph so had to Keep walking up to reception , shower head needed replacement . Second door was not secure and someone could have pushed it and come in while we slept , tv didn’t even have freeview programed, the outdoor area near family room Was dirty and smelly , could hear doors slamming and voices . Plugs behind bed so we had to move it to access . Hotel.com would not compensate because we paid at hotel and it was first time we used them. Won’t make that mistake again. Don’t stay . It spoiled what was a nice day in london . Lots of budget hotels which are much better . Manager offered us a drink for our trouble . The guy at reception was nice but the owner was in charge . Can’t believe they rented that room out.

Really helpful and friendly front desk staff. Great location and room suited us, albeit warm on a hot day (top floor) but a fan was provided in the room which did the trick.

Is a great spot for a solo traveler. Easily accessible with the Victoria station less than a 10 minute walk away. Also close to popular West End shows like Wicked and Hamilton. I felt very safe in the area walking alone, even at night. The residential areas surrounding the hotel are quiet. The room was small, but provided everything one might need. Be sure to book a room with an en-suite if you want a bathroom. The only downside was no elevator, but staff was more than happy to offer assistance carrying luggage. I found my stay to be a great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If your room is ready you can check in early, and if not you can leave your luggage until you check in. You can also leave your luggage after check out at a very reasonable price compared to the luggage locker around the block or in Victoria station. Very happy with my stay and would book again in the future.

Shared bathroom wasnt mentioned when I booked but the biggest issue was they left the lights on outside in the internal courtyard ALL NIGHT which lit up my room like there was a car parked outside with full beams on. It was like the middle of the day even with the curtains closed. Room was fine, clean and basic but the shared bathroom and the exterior lighting was horrific. Will not be back unless they give me a free stay and its not in the Blackpool Illuminations room...

The bed was comfy and accommodations were fine. The bathroom was smaller than I expected, even though I’m used to small European bathrooms. The main thing that brought my rating down is that the website said it had laundry facilities and when I sent a message to the hotel prior to my stay to ask about the laundry, I got no reply. They should have responded to let me know that the website was inaccurate. When I asked about it, the guy at the front desk was very short with me in telling me they didn’t have laundry facilities. I also asked about getting a taxi and he said they don’t call for taxis and that I would need to go stand outside and wave one down. I was surprised because I’ve never stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world where they wouldn’t call for a taxi. I thought that was a little bizarre. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not thrilled with certain parts of the customer service.

Rommet var i en kjeller og det føltes ut som vi bodde i en fengselscelle. Det var delt bad (kom ikke godt nok frem i bestillingen) og ikke noe som helst varmtvann da vi skulle dusje. Rommet virket å være dårlig ventilert og det ble fort veldig varmt. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og lot oss sjekke inn tidlig. Ingenting å utsette på dem.

Vi sov 2 nätter på Jubilee som ligger i lugnt läge mellan Belgravia och Buckinghampalace. Nära att promenera till Themsen, London Eye etc.nära Victoriastation. Välstädade, fina små rum. En- glasfönster så ta med öronproppar. Vi bodde mot gatan och trafiken hördes ganska mycket men lugnt under natten. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar!
