Lovely hotel very close to Paddington station.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. We had single rooms which are small but had very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The full English breakfast was very good value with a great choice. All the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area very close to Paddington station. We would certainly book again if visiting London.

Single room the size of a broom cupboard, so that if I opened my bag on the floor I couldn't open the cupboard door. At least I could reach for my water bottle in the night from my bag without having to get out of bed! Hotel lacks any character or atmosphere. Very basic; like staying in a hostel.

Yes, unfortunately we really wanted to stay in the park grand Paddington. Sadly, all these hotels very much appear the same so please be wise and skeptical when booking to get the hotel you want. Our room was very rundown and we much rather have stayed at the Park grand Paddington as we have in the past.
