"The hotel did met our expectation being the 4 star it is. Love love love the staff, so amazing, specially that Canadian lady at the reception ( felt bad did not got her name ). Staffs are super accommodating and friendly. The location is superb, it is close to everything. The bed and pillows are soo good ( I can sleep all day on them) the room is clean and love that we we can see Trafalgar Square from our window. It literally is close to everything and that is just superb. The breakfast is 10/10. Food tasted proper 4 star hotel, my pallet was in-love with the breakfast. We cannot wait to go back again and the cherry on top was the upgrade we got for no extra cost. Don’t forget the water refilling stations in the corners are amazing. Overall experience was love it love it love it. "

"Beautiful hotel and we received a lovely upgrade to a superior king room with complimentary mini bar. The room was one of the best we’ve stayed in with enormous high ceilings. "

"Really surprisingly lovely with an amazing terrace. Location is amazing and staff top tier! Nice complimentary mini bar. Only minor things are we had no mirror near a plug socket and missed having tea or milk for the coffee."

But we were happy not to sign up for daily breakfast, as we explored other choices in the neighborhood. The location was superb. Hotels.com said we shoild have been offered a 20% discount on a meal, which never happened."
