"Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."

The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames.
