"We picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to the Dubai Mall but ended up not using the shuttle as it was only a ten minute walk. The front desk staff were excellent especially Nick who checked us in. We had a view of the Burj on the 13th floor and the room was modern with excellent a/c. Breakfast was in the adjoining TGI Fridays which was actually very nice. One of the staff was a bit rude in the restaurant but most were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a great deal for vegans but you could order scrambled tofu which was a plus. We didn’t use the pool as we only had 24 hours in Dubai? But it looked nice. Could have happily stayed longer."
"The best hotel in Dubai. Close to downtown and in front of the beach. The staff is awesome, especially Rafik Salah from Guest Relations, Essan from The Bay restaurant, and Gerardo and Khalid from the Club Lounge.
