"Awesome hotel. Incredible staff, eager to help and always available with a smile, especially Mustafa and the rest of the team at the front desk. Nice facilities, the AC in the rooms is amazing (maybe too good), fast WiFi. Right next door to the Mazaya shopping centre for necessities and a convenient location to get to the Burj, Dubai Mall, etc. For Kosher travelers, it's a 1 minute walk from Cafe Bibi/Fantastico and a 15 minute walk from Mosaica. Overall an incredible stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai. "

"Stayed here during my birthday week, and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautifully put together — every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was super fresh and absolutely delicious — easily one of the highlights of the stay. And don’t even get me started on the fresh-squeezed juices — they were perfection! The only small downside was that our room was on the 41st floor, and we could hear the club music every night. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a fantastic stay that made my birthday week even more special. Would definitely come back!"

"The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels. "
