"Although it stated check in started at noon when we got there the woman cleaning said 3pm. Shortly after we were told we could check in. The room we selected was small but clean. They had information posted around the room in English and Italian which was very helpful. The people around there were very helpful. I’d stay there again but select a larger room. It was very convenient and the town was walkable ."

"We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean....

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived.
