"We had a good experience with our recent stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. Although the pool warer was sub-par. When we checked in at 4pm and went to check the pool, the water looked very cloudy. We went swimming the next morning and the water was a little better. Otherwise it was a positive experience."

"For the most part, I like the experience, but wasn’t for warned about half of the complex being shut down due to construction as well as the pool and Jacuzzi being shut down otherwise the rooms were clean are utilize the laundry facilities utilizing the CSC app they have one washer and dryer and they performed well."

"The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained. The parking fee is reasonable as well. The only reason I deducted one star is because the air conditioning was a bit unpredictable. On the first night, the room temperature kept fluctuating—we felt hot at times and cold at others, though overall it seemed warm. On the second night, the AC was blowing much more strongly, and the room became very cold, even though we had set it to a similar temperature. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the AC could use some improvement."
