"The hot tub was cold, and the front desk staff needs to learn better bedside manner. I will say there was no options for a solution and that’s what made the experience worst. At least propose a solution if the internet is slow or if there’s a better spot on site where it can be a little faster. I understand this may be out of their hands so that means motel 6 needs to do a better job of upgrading the Infrastructure. "

"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

Location is Fantastic just fa away enough to miss the big Disney crowds. Tips: Shuttle is great value $7 per person all day $10 credit for Deli don’t forget to use"
