"From arrival to departure, our stay was really comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I want to extend our appreciation especially to the staff who managed the breakfast area as they worked tirelessly in providing a range of hot breakfasts and ensured everything was topped up regularly, and the housekeeping staff who were also tireless continuing to make our room a welcoming place throughout our stay"

"This is an old Hilton. The lobby and dining room look like they have had some work done, but the rooms are nothing special. Sheets were clean, but rug was old and stained. One of the shower walls had dried toothpaste or body scrub caked on. The worst thing was when the power went out at around 2:00 am. The room was so hot and uncomfortable. My entire family overslept and we rushed out to work and school. Will not be returning."

"First night in the hotel was fine. The next day there was a very strong odour of rotten eggs that did not go away. We asked to have a room switch and went to another floor because the whole floor smelled like rotten eggs. They were very accommodating no problem to get our room switched however when we got to our new room it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. They had switched the bedding and removed the garbage. Which we knew because it was outside in the hallway and it stayed there all night outside our door. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned there was hair all over the floor and in the shower. The bar fridge had rotten food in it still that we had to remove ourselves. The smell did not go away from the rotten food. We requested several times to clean the bar fridge. They did it twice, but the smell did not go away. One of the draws to stay at the hotel was the hottub and they closed it early with no notice. Overall the hotel is nice but the service and cleanliness was terrible."

"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!"

"They only give 1 set of towels for room with 2 beds. You have to ask every time for the 2nd set. They no longer have disability room any longer. Inconvenience for people with disabilities and staff do not care they offers only upstairs room even you requested a week ahead for lower floor room with refrigerator and microwave. They said it’s nit available. Yet they are not trying harder for customer’s needs."
