"Great hotel, right by the beach. Went off season in late October so the price was very reasonable. Room was clean. Didn't get to use the pool cause it was getting worked on but it looked really nice."

"I didn't eat breakfast and the water wasn't hot in the hot tub. It was warm and got cold fast. The bathroom smelled like cat piss and they need to start remodeling their rooms and paint also."

"There were a couple of things I would have preferred ie down comforter instead of multiple blankets, a microwave, and a better breakfast selection. However everything else was great? The room was clean. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The jacuzzi tub, oh so relaxing! The property was clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly. The heating and A/C worked fine. The tv actually worked properly. Plenty of parking. There is really nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay again! See you soon:-)"

"Quick check in which was needed after a long day of travel. We came off season so many of the outside benefits we weren’t going to use, but coffee on my room balcony while looking at the ocean is always nice."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!"
