it is not very a clean place. Walls has lots of dirty splashes and dusty chair. room smell smoke. this place doesn't look clean at all. we choose this place to be close to airport, it is cheap place to stay as all look cheap in this room and hotel.

The photos online look so nice we trust expedia so we booked. The access to the room 2 level was dirty. We try to use the toilet and looks dirty so we put the lid up and was with mold. Was so unhealthy y went in a family holiday so we couldn't exposed anyone to vome sick. We decided to leaved the hotel because was horrible I can't believe that it is promoted from reputable companies as Expedia.

For the price I am not sure what I expected but it certainly wasn’t to be cat fished by a hotel! Ignore the photos of the room - they do not look like this!!! We walked in and swiftly walked out and drove back to the uk the same night because there was no way on this planet I was stopping in that hole! All I will say is fleas on the bed and bogies on the wall. Enough said!!

Showers didnt work very well, shower backing up, floor very slippery, very cold, not clean. Wouldnt stay again. No plug in sink. Beds like rock, pillows utter rubbish. Bed sheets stained. Lots of hairs. No tea or coffee to use with kettle other room didnt even have that. Utter rubbish

Automated check-in does NOT work.

I was sent pin to enter the car park and reference to retrieve the room key from the automated check-in machine. The pin for the car park worked fine but retrieving the key from the automated machine proved to be impossible even though it found my booking on the screen and I attempted to follow the instructions multiple times including trying to make a new booking and paying again. I tried several times to call their "emergency number" which was constantly switched off! Nothing worked I had to sleep in my car.
The "emergency number" was switched off, numerous attempts to call it failed.
Automated check-in machine does not work, even though it shows the booking details on the screen it will not give a room key.

Chambre propre. Établissement situé dans un endroit calme propre. Malheureusement on entend tout durant mon séjour pendant la nuit on entendait des bruit de pas pendant un long moment ensuite des bruits de lit. Si ça peut être insonorisé, ça serait pas mal.
