Hotels in Clayton-Tamm

"Ok, so I spent almost $1,000 for a Thursday - Sunday stay. There is NO continental breakfast, no microwave in the room. There is only one microwave on each floor next to the ice and vending machines. There are no paper towels near the microwave, so when someone makes a huge mess of the microwave it can’t be cleaned up. So I had to find paper towels to clean up someone else’s mess before I could use the microwave. The sink in the bathroom only had scalding hot water, no cold water to brush teeth. The bathroom did not have a vent fan so after showering it was so hot and humid, not only in the bathroom but the entire room. It just seems that you can pay a lot less at other hotels and get a whole lot more. I expected much more from Hyatt & the price I paid. "

"The elevator was very loud. The front desk offered ear plugs at check in but I was traveling with a 14-month old. This is unsatisfactory and should be properly addressed such as updating the equipment. Needless to say it was not a restful night of sleep before an early flight. Will not return. "

"From the time we arrived, we loved the vibe of 21C! Our stay exceeded or expectations! Upon visiting the area again, we will stay at 21C. Convenient to downtown venues and eateries, walkable to different exhibit a museums."

"What a pleasant surprise! This area and lovely hotel was wonderful! The room was beautiful. The only negative was the elevator. It was small and it took a while at checkout time."

"We had to pay for parking. Great location if you like the downtown feel. Not the best for us. Will go back to staying at Hiltons for this price. "
