"The rooms were clean. It is an old hotel so what you see outside is a little deceiving. The rooms were Quiet and comfortable. If that is what you want perfect! We wanted a good night's sleep and that is what we got. No amenities, but that isn't what we were looking for. We will definitely stay there again when we get back to the area. P.S. they actually have an Ice Machine that works."

"There is really nothing unique about the place. It's upkeep is adequate but could use a lot of renovations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is nothing special but could use a facelift. The prices are always reasonable for what you get in appearance and I'm sure what they take in monetarily is barely enough to keep them afloat but come football weekend for Penn State football. They are completely booked which is interesting because they surely aren't convenient to State College. I will say that I'll continue to book with them during football season because the hotels in State College rip you by increasing the price at least 2.5 times the daily rate and they make you book at least 2 nights."

"This place was sufficient for an overnight stay if you're on a budget. It is a very old property so you have to understand that from the start. Except for a minor issue that was quickly rectified by the staff, the room was clean and tidy. It is close to the highway but I didn't really even notice the noise. It's right nearby retail shops and so.e food options. There's a breakfast place right across the street and a Dunkin nearby. The manager was polite and helpful with my concern. I would stay again if needed."
