"This place is rough, no bar, wasps everywhere dead or alive, dodgy car park, I’ve stayed before and it was poor but it’s got worse, that said there is work going on to modernise some rooms so you can’t say they aren’t trying, this place could be as good as it once was, I’ve stayed in worse "

"This was a great place to stay, rooms clean and tidy, breakfast was exceptional staff will help with anything you ask. will stay there again "

"Dining, Bar and main areas all clean and well kept. Good area with plenty of evening meal/outside options nearby."

"We arrived by bus and were able to leave our case with Reception until the booking in time. The people we dealt with were very quick to deal with our requests, such as exchanging the sparkling water in the room for still water, and replenishing the fridge on the second day."

"Lovely old building but well maintained and set in picturesque garden. I can why it was a popular venue for weddings. Had a lovely massage and can't thank Poppy enough as very attentive and you could see she enjoyed her wirk 🙏❤️"
