Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindley Place

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindley Place

8/10 Good
"The hotel was in an excellent location and my five night stay was good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped inc a fridge which is really helpful when staying for a longer trip. The hotel is well maintained and the staff helpful. The conference organiser Dan was particularly helpful and approachable. Note that the bedroom doors are heavy and shut loudly which does mean that there is some external noise noticeable from the corridor at night."

"Staff were extremely friendly and the room was big and clean. Disappointed as I was travelling with an elderly person that the lift was out of order and wasn't informed in advance. The staff did their best to help us with this, but had I have known in advance we would have booked elsewhere."

"Hotel was clean, neat, and today. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and well prepared however I could not get the air conditioning to work, which ultimately disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was very basic, but thatโ€™s a given these days. I canโ€™t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and was actually impressed by the breakfast offering. The general food on offer was also very limited. I ordered pizza and some chips. The pizza was like a frozen one from a supermarket as were the chips. Very overpriced and poor quality."
