"Love the inn is so close to the river, very lovely view and walk along it. Excellent food served at the inn and all the staff were very friendly during our stay. The door to our room was a bit stiff and hard to get into, and the bathroom ceiling was a bit mouldy, but other than that the stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back again."

"The main issue is the price and what you ultimately get for that price. A hostel is probably an apt description except you are paying £100+ for it.
Avoid unless you are desperate. "
"Self check so do check your emails. Luckily as I was attempting to park (4 hours during the day or you can request a permit), a very helpful man named Martin allowed me to park and then showed me my room (as email was in junk).

"I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Cheltenham! From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit.
The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort.
All in all, a great experience with excellent service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
