While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved."

"Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel even though I was given a room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, easy access to public transportation, metro, Old Town, and landmarks. Pleasant staff. I was given a discount coupon to the restaurant next to it. Unfortunately, the waitress did not honored it and lied about when I questioned her in front of her supervisor. I was disappointed about this incident. Everything else went smoothly."
