Choose different hotel
Dirty, peanuts and dust on the floor, broken window did not lock kept opening, tiny pillows, usb charging sockets did not work. Very basic breakfast. Nothing around the hotel. Huge traffic jam every morning and evening right in front of hotel leaving tram the only reasonable option to get to town.

A pleasant stay
The hotel is new . Everything was new . Very clean. Staff were very good & helpful. The only downside was the menu . The food was good but I did not want a burger . I was look forward to some French food . Breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again but go to a restaurant to eat .

Very happy with my first Campanile stay
This was my first stay at a Campanile hotel and it was a good experience. The particular unit I stayed in was compact, but well laid out, and very functional for what I needed. The hotel seems to be quite new and is in very good condition. The room was very clean and the staff welcoming when I arrived. There was a terrace available on the main floor which I found useful. I Have since stayed at another Campanile and I was also content with that hotel as well.

Great for watching Rugby
Four of us went to watch rugby.The Hotel is literally across the road from the stadium. Rooms were very clean and quite spacious with twin beds. The breakfast was fresh and on a help yourself basis and good value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the underground car park provided by the hotel for Euro 8 a day. There is a tram service opposite the hotel that can take you into the city centre or it is a 25 minute walk. We will definitely use this hotel again if Bath Rugby play Clermont Ferrand again.

Perfect for Stadium and centre.
Good all round in perfect location for stadium and walkable distance to centre although tram right outside. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Room comfortable and clean. Quiet spot.

Great Hotel if watching Clermont Rugby
Booked to attend Rugby match in stadium which is opposite the hotel. Very impressed with the standard of the hotel and the staff. Especially enjoyed the hot breakfast which is unusual in hotels in this price range.

We pre paid our stay. Arrived at 1 am, exhausted. And they did not have our room. After it had been confirmed. This cannot happen.

Buffet Disapointment
Very clean and comfortable overnight stop. However no indication that the menu did not include a traditional Campanile Buffett. Extra charge for parking (8 Euro). Staff not very forthcoming.

A swish modern hotel
This hotel has clean modern lines and everything works beautifully including the windows which really provide a flow of air. Excellent friendly competent staff and a beautiful breakfast.

Excellent overnight stay.
Really good hotel. Clean and tidy. Everything is relatively new, so the standard is good. Very friendly staff, and they are happy to help. The hotel is easy to find. There is lots of parking around the area. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre. However the tram system runs past the hotel. Catch the red line from the stadium( this is a few minutes walk) and for about 1 Euro 60 you can get directly to the canter of town.

It’s a Campanile!
A fairly basic average Campanile; nothing much to distinguish it (positively or negatively) from many others. Reasonable price, basic facilities; Pretty much what was expected. Staff were friendly and although they told me there was a charge for parking, this was waived immediately I said I understood it was free (underground car park was a nice touch, and felt very secure) Food in the bar wasn’t wildly exciting (pizzas, burgers...) but it was quite tasty and reasonably priced.

Great hotel for travel stop
This hotel was a very good stop gap hotel while travelling through France. Food was excellent . Very clean , and nice friendly staff. Would recommend and stay here again . Secure underground parking .

The room was nice and modern, with a good view. The hotel is a bit far from the city center - it's close to a tram stop but there weren't any good restaurants around. The parking was easy.

Nice hotel for the price
It was my first time to book at a Campanile and I was not disappointed. The sink was blocked but the staff were very courteous when we inquired and offered free breakfast.

This hotel appears to be brand new and clean, very modern styling. Food selection in the hotel was slim. The complete absence of a shower door (the latest modern style?) left the bathroom flooded with every shower, a questionable design "advance". Hotel staff was friendly.

Séjour agréable avec une équipe au Top!
Une équipe jeune et dynamique. Sejourner dans cet établissement en étant une femme seule n'est pas un soucis. Je me suis sentie bien avec un personnel au top, et aux petits soins. Chambre propre, literie agréable ! J'ai tres bien dormi! Le repas du soir est copieux et bien préparé !
