"Our stay was great! There were 3 rooms of us who booked in order to be of close proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center and Springhill was perfect! The staff, especially Laverne, who was at the desk when we checked in and every day afterwards. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Also, Jessica, who checked us out when we left, making sure our bill was 100% correct! In addition, she also came to our room the first day because our TV was not working. She isn't the maintenance guy, but she fixed it promptly, which was great! Everyone was so nice! The hotel itself was great . There was only ONE minor thing that was not up to par, and that was the toilet paper. It was so thin, single ply but you could read a book through it! Bonvoy, you can do better in that area. We will be back next year! And probably bring our own T.P. "

"Quick and friendly checkin; helpful restaurant recommendation list; and clean and spacious room. The only negative is that the pillows on the bed were not great and could use an upgrade - a combo of soft, medium and firm as at other hotels would be a nice feature."
