Everything was great from check in to check out. Having the parking garage across the street was very convenient. The cafe was perfect from breakfast and all staff wonderful. I would stay again when in town.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
Had no soap in the shower. Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Breakfast was way over priced. Was very disappointed. Our family was in town for a family emergency and the stay did not help.
