"The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. It is a older property, but seemed to be very well maintained. I did not use any other facilities like laundry, pool or gym. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel is in a nice safe area of town. It was a good experience for a single traveler."

"Water was leaking in my room. Hotel phones were not working. I called multiple times via my phone but nobody answered. And one time a person picked up and told we are not the ones whom you should call front desk. I asked what is the front desk number and she replied don’t know and hung up. Today while checking out I told them and they just gave me managers card and told to email a complaint to manager. Ridiculous service."

"There were two negatives about the room that I stayed in 1 -when I first walked into the room it smelled horrible even though the room was very very clean. It smelled as if someone had just gone to the bathroom. They didn’t have another room available, but they were very accommodating and send someone up from housekeeping who sprayed the bathroom and the rugs after that the smell was tolerable 2- for some reason the toilet was so low to the ground that it looks like it was built for a 10-year-old. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and pleasing. The next morning I got up to have breakfast and it was quite enjoyable. I stayed at other Hampton Inn’s and perhaps this was just a one off with that smell. Maybe it was coming from the drains"

"Everything was lovely except the bed I was suppose to get a Queen or King but instead I got a Full Size bed they did not accommodate Me I had to sleep in the bed while My partner slept on the pull out couch. Three resort crew members came up to verify seen the Full size bed and refuse to accommodate Me I spent almost $400 to be let down. I would say it was a form of discrimination. "
