Trey at the front desk was a big help. Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry room and fitness room free for guests . Pool was calm and clean, with a fire pit and grill available for guest use. House keeping was a little slow…took most of the day for them to tend to our room, but aside from that, the service was great! 20 minutes walk /5 minute drive to HARD ROCK CASINO HOTEL and 12 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale airport.

Dina from reception was fantastic. Although I requested the 6th floor in Dec for my May stay I was given a spectacular room on the 4th floor looking right at Hard Rock. Great view of the guitar. Room 407! I was at the hotel for 1 night to see Keith Urban. While my room was beautiful the people a floor above me kept me awake from 3am-4am. Why I like the top floor. I had to call reception and she took it upon herself to knock on their door. It stopped their rudeness. The room was beautiful. Clean and accommodating with a full kitchen if need be. A great stay.
