"Breakfast (pancakes) were freshly made and tasty. Syrurp was warm as expected. But menu offered 3 pancakes for $12 and I was given 2 pancakes for $10 (25% increase in price per pancake). I also asked for dine in and was given a take out container. I had to request a plate and silverware for dine-in"

"The individuals at the front desk were polite and friendly. But housekeeping was unprofessional. We noticed a bloodlike stain on a pillowcase. We took the pillow off the bed, contacted housekeeping stating the problem they said they would be right up,but they never showed up. We called down to the front desk and the person who answered said that she has been trying to contact housekeeping for an hour but to no avail…Unacceptable. Long story short, I had to physically go downstairs to get fresh bedding and I HAD TO MAKE MY BED MYSELF. UNACCEPTABLE. "
