"Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. Pancake mix ,crumbs on counters. Stayed three nights and went to breakfast the first morning. I did not return after that. Just personal preference I would NOT stay here again."

"The staff when we checked in was horrible and rude. No explanation of where our room was or how the elevators or parking was done. I had 1 bath towel and asked for more and they never brought them. I feel it’s ridiculous to pay for parking when the rooms are the price they are. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The second bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. There was a large daily charge for parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. This was disappointing because we chose this particular hotel because it had parking included."

"Overall this was a great hotel. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful with answering questions. Property was extremely secure, which was a peace of mind as Tulsa seemed to have folks frequently walking wondering the streets that seemed on drugs/a little sketchy. Location is good. Walking distance to arena, expo, convention center and downtown area with plenty of food options. Our room was very nice. The only 2 downfalls were 1) due to the size of stream coming from the showerhead and not having a way to adjust/move it, water leaked all all over the floor through the gap at the bottom and side of the glass shower door. 2) There was no cold water in any of the faucets. It was either warm or hot. The only other thing was they were allowing people to park at hotel parking lot which was frustrating because we got back late and there was no parking spot for us."
