"Pretty basic motel with great access to the beach. We loved being able to walk out to see a breathtaking sunrise over the beach first thing in the morning. The warm indoor pool was a nice feature that our daughter enjoyed. Breakfast was served in an onsite restaurant - a limited menu was available for free, with other options available for purchase. The restaurant was a bit small so sometimes there is a wait to get seated, so plan a little extra time - the servers were excellent and really friendly and we enjoyed our meal."

"The parking spot for our room was terrible. The spot is on the corner and there is very limited space to turn the corner and clear the parked car. Plus everyone seems to be staring at the ocean as they turn the tight corner. Someone's car scratched my car while it was parked there. Quiet hours make sense because you can hear normal conversation in the next room through the walls. However, the view is beautiful and the beachfront location is very nice. "

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"Whitney the owner is wonderful human, I had kids staying at another hotel & she allowed them to come swim in pool and in and out my room without issue! Our room was cleaned everyday. We were a very short distance to the beach! It was incredible. Only issue was a man snored so loud, I think he kept a few of us up half the night . Lol I would recommend to friends and family! I forgot to leave a tip but will make up for it next year! Thank for a really great place to stay and safe. Until next time. Laura"
