Our newly renovated room was clean however one of the garbage bags was not empty. There was no dishwashing soap or towel to clean the dishes. Not many washcloths for the amount of people that stayed in the room when we got there. And we ran out of tissues pretty quickly. The staff was excellent, every request we had, they responded and acted quickly.

Was really looking forward to the pool but parents allowed their kids to cannonball nonstop. Staff didn’t intervene. Tried going down a few times on my stay and it was the same no matter the time. Other than that it was a great experience and my room was clean and comfortable! Staff were friendly.

The room was filthy had dried boogers on the sheets hair all over the bed tried asking the staff for new blankets and sheets had to ask them 4 times before I got it and made it feel like a burden to ask them to do their job and called management to try to tell them about all of this still haven’t heard back from any manager overall wouldn’t waste the money or your time on this dump

The first room was really noisy,banging and loud tvs and some sort of compressor? But went to the front desk and she was great!! She moved us to a different room. It was quiet and we finally got to sleep!! Some recommendations would be better pillows!! The one's we had were soooo flat even balled up and better mattresses. I didn't know if i was going to walk the next morning lol. But it was definitely very clean and tidy.

Walls must be thin because our bathroom smelled like Chinese food from next door cooking and hallway doors keep slamming all night and our door had a 2 inch gap at bottom that filled room with light all night.
