Yes, had balcony but couldn’t open because of loud music blasting pretty much all day… noise from 7am into early morning hours

Hotel Riu Ocho Rios - All Inclusive
The rooms were clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put comforters on the beds instead of having to use a blanket. The staff was fabulous along with the entertainment.
