"Clean room, helpful staff, great having the Rose in the same building. Nice food reasonably priced and tasty. Bed very comfortable Will stay again"

"Room was very clean and spacious. The building is modern. The bar was not open (despite being advertised) and was advised it will be closed for another few months due to low customer volume. The bathroom sink design is very impractical. The tap is on the very edge of the bowl and water just goes everywhere. They should replace the taps immediately. The shower also leaks and floods the floor. The water pressure is poor. Except for all of this I would still recommend staying here, it is very reasonably priced, very clean, modern, and comfy bed with premium furnishings."

"This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. There is a lovely local café below the hotel for breakfast & lunch, which is accessable from level 1 in the hotel. Ideal on those cold wet days. The location is brilliant. There are so many café & restaurants very close by. There's also a play area for children just across the road on the seaside. A local superet, book shop, a fabulous interior design store, chemist, women's clothing, gift shop, hair salon & movie theater are a 3 minute walk away. There's also a lovely walk around the waterfront. There is something for everyone in this village like location. We love staying here."

"This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay."
