"Great shiny and new hotel with fantastic staff who were super friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the station so quiet and private location by the river. Room was great and had all mod concerns. Only downside was there was a fair bit of noise from building work happening on the external building but it was only in the daytime. Would happily stay there again."

"The host informed us upon arrival there was an issue for our room. However, they relocated us to a second location that was very nice. If we wanted the complimentary breakfast we had to go back to the original location. Would’ve been nice to get a credit instead. Otherwise great location to local restaurants and tourist activities"

"We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very central so convenient for city centre amenities. It is however very close to a lot of the bars and pubs, so if you don’t want to be disturbed at night choose a river view room which are at the back of the hotel. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean."

"My husband really liked this hotel because it was quite spacious in the room and the bathroom and there was a laundry facility across the street and we badly needed to do a wash halfway through our Scotland Ireland two week trip. I thought the hotel was fine but nothing special and while the room seemed clean the carpets were worn and stained in some spots. No oat milk for my afternoon tea which is the first time a hotel hasn’t provided a dairy milk alternative. The weirdest part for me was the placement of one of the twin beds (I think I opted for two twins rather than a double bed) - my bed has its chargers behind my pillow and I bumped my head on the “side” lamp which was literally above my head (see photo) - clearly the room was designed for a double or queen bed! Also the parking situation was not very convenient and not included in my $450 hotel stay fee - about 2.5 blocks away at a public garage. And there was nowhere to pull up at the hotel on the busy street to unload and load our luggage. And three keys to get into the hotel, into the guest room area, and into your room (a big piece of wood attached to the keys / not so easy to put in your pocket!) I’d find somewhere else to stay next time I’m in Inverness for all these minor inconveniences that added up in my book."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable and even had a lovely bath. The farmhouse itself is beautiful and full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, spoke Spanish, and made us feel right at home. We also loved meeting the adorable dogs! A perfect place to relax and explore the nearby coastal towns. Highly recommended."
