"I stayed there 4 nights. The room was beautifully modern inside. It had all the amenities that were required for me. Everything was spotless and clean. I was out everyday early so didn’t need the breakfast except on the morning before I was due to leave. The breakfast was delicious and kept hot and plenty of it. I had to take some fresh food( gifts) back to England the final morning. They were very obliging in keeping my food in their fridges overnight. Much appreciated. Definitely would stay again."

"Unfortunately it was massively over priced but this was due to the Loch Ness marathon weekend. We stayed 2 nights and were very disappointed that we didn't get breakfast on the first morning due to having to leave early for the marathon. I think they could have offered to open half hour earlier personally considering that there were a lot of runners staying at the hotel! The breakfast the next day was nice enough though so no complaints there. They had no chef for evening meals which we weren't told about before coming up either so later Saturday night we had to go out and look for food which was tricky given it was a really busy weekend for the city! When we booked there was nowhere to click double "bed" so unfortunately we had 2 single beds. When I asked about it after checking my invoice the lady behind the desk said that I had to stipulate when booking even though I clicked double room!! The lady on reception on the day we checked out however was very lovely. She booked us a taxi and she was very helpful."

"This place is amazing, a perfect place to stay! The rooms are spotless, spacious and decorated beautifully. Huge bathroom with a skylight and big shower and lovely bath robes. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. There was a large TV mounted on the wall which made watching a movie very enjoyable too. Elmira was so welcoming and warm and we would love to stay again on a future trip. Overall, highly recommend this place!!"
