Nice central hotel

Very comfortable and clean, and the staff were super helpful. Great breakfast too! Be warned that while it is a 10 min walk from just about everything you’d want to do, it is at the top of a steep hill, which can be a tough climb at the end of a long day. Bolt/Uber is an easy way to beat that though! (Rides are cheap) All in all, a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here next time I’m in Cluj.

"Challenging" stairs in front of the hotel, and so is the climbing from the old city to the hotel. Good location. Good breakfast.

Excellence close to centre and botanic garden
Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome and a very spacious, stylish, luxurious clean room. Whirlpool bath and shower in bathroom. Teamaking facilities in the room. Very tasty excellent selection of food for breakfast. Easily walkable to the main tourist sites,central cluj, and the botanic gardens.

Very cute hotel in walking distance to main square. The staff is friendly, breakfasts are very good. Lobby is a bit small if you intend to have meetings there, but overall the experience is very nice.

Couldn't be happier
Our room was clean, spacious and had a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Overall a great stay. The location is excellent too. Very close to the town centre, and near a vibrant student campus.

Centrally located, just about a 10 min walk from the Unity Plaza, this charming hotel features well-appointed, large rooms, an excellent, helpful staff. It’s a wonderful place I would look to stay in again next time in Cluj.

Great location, especially loved the Botanical Garden nearby. Easy access to old town and superb vegan/vegetarian restaurant Samsara. Peaceful. Room, slightly retro, has all you need. Easy lift access. Nice size hotel.

The location is good, convenient for the centre of town, restaurants and coffee. Rooms are a bit small but they're clean and nice enough. Appliances (TV, aircon) are a bit older. Good bathroom and shower!

Anniversary stay
Stayed three nights for wedding anniversary. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Very pleased with our room. Nice size, comfy, clean and a lovely picture window. Nice walk to centre, slight hill not a problem. Only minor tribe was no coffee or breakfast tea in room. Available from dining room so no big deal. If ever in Club again, we will certainly stay at the same hotel.

My family and I spent 2 days in Cluj at Capitolina. The hotel is located closed to the downtown area, it was clean, the staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Only praise for this place: very close proximity to the University , well appointed room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with all the needed toiletries. Friendly, professional service, very good WiFi, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Excellent service, I was able to get into the room before the check in time. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom with all the amenities. WiFi was working very good, breakfast was excellent hot and cold. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for the service they offer, attention to details, excellent breakfast and WiFi, location within walking distance to the University of Cluj-Napoca. We will be back.
