This small hotel is located in a perfect location to explore Cluj Napoca's historic city. Fast internet; comfortable bed; super clean; HOT water...this is a reliable and affordable place. Fourth time staying here and it is always reliable. Thank you, Fullton! :-)

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They usually serve breakfast from 8 am but on my last day I had to leave early, so they arranged everything and I could have breakfast very early in the morning, at 7:15 am. The area is just perfect, in the city center, walking distance to many points of interest. The bathroom was new and clean. The room was ok but a bit dusty and the carpet could definitely use some cleaning, if not replacement. Otherwise all good, I would go back with other occasion.

Avoid this place! If you want to stay in a place with horrible conditions where things are falling apart, where staff when you are asking for a bottle of water that you want to pay for it is telling you yo go in rain three blocks then use Fulton. They gave usthe WRONG room and a different room that what I booked. Shame on you Fulton. Expedia should take of its website this property. This is not a hotel, not even a motel.

Romanian getaway
From start to finish we really enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and tidy as featured on the website, the shower was great with free showergel. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just what was needed in a morning before we set off exploring. We had a room overlooking the streets which was lovely view especially at night with all the lights. Great location near Old Town easy acess to everything. Only complaint was no tea or coffee station downstairs for getting your own pre dawn cuppa. Maybe the hotel could provide one in the future.

Basic hotel in a perfect location
This is a decent budget option. The location is perfect, there are nice restaurants right on your doorstep. Breakfast was pretty standard but good & with enough options to satisfy (cereals, yoghurt, toast, spreads, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, cakes, coffee, juices etc....) Staff are friendly. Little bit of room for improvement with the room cleaning. Would be happy to stay again if I were ever to return to Cluj

Great location. Reliable staff. No night service - not a problem - but they ordered a taxi for 05:00 Sunday morning to get me to the airport for a must-catch plane and all went smoothly, to my relief.

Room is good & clean. Breakfast is good. We lived in 3rd floor, but no elevator. Staff didn’t help to take luggage to 3rd floor. Overall is good.

Historical aura of the building and neighborhood are fascinating. Hotel staff and management are always ready to help. Breakfast service is rich and there was a coffee treat at the welcome=)

The receptionist was very helpful when I found my external lock of suitcase got fault. She tried to find all possible tools for me to break the external lock in order to open my suitcase. It was late night upon my checking-in, and finally I can open the suitcase. Thanks for the great help from the receptionist.

A place where you can enjoy every minute.
This was the second stay at Fullton Hotel and everything was above our expectation. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our requests. Breakfast includes a variety of goodies, all is so delicious...... For sure we will come back at Fullton Hotel with pleasure when we'll arrive again in Cluj-Napoca.

Great little hotel in Old Town
The Fullton Hotel is a very nice little hotel in a great location. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars with the only flaws I noticed being: No elevator for people who can't walk well, no shower curtain in our 5th (top) floor room, and shower water temp fluctuates. Very good breakfast. I would definitely return.

not worth it
I was given the wrong room at check in but they wouldn't fix it. The wifi wouldn't work in the room and they just said "no it works." Then a maid actually came in my room in the morning. There are not second locks on the doors, so anyone with a key can come in anytime. As a single woman traveler, I am uncomfortable with this. Thankfully I only have 2 nights here.

Tucked back in beautiful corner convenient to old town. My attic room was very quiet possibly because the only window was a skylight. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean room.

Fullton Hotel Jan 2018
Hotel is a decent basic style and staff were very helpful. Room was quiet and reasonably fitted out. I started to work at 7.15 and breakfast was not till 8.00am so they made a packed breakfast for me. Bar was closed on the evening but there was another opposite the entrance (5 metres) and a good value Irish style bar (50 metres) Location is in old town and all facilities are within 150 metres. I would stop here again.

Visite à Cluj
Ce n’est pas la première fois que je venais dans cet hôtel. Situation exceptionnelle au cœur de Cluj, dans la zone piétonne. Ayant cette fois-ci une chambre donnant à l’arrière, aucun bruit ne dérangeait. Literie très confortable. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu décevant (pain emballé dans du cellophane, fruits en boîte, ), mais reste correct. Par contre, il devrait être servi de 8.00 à 10.00, et un matin, nous sommes descendus à 9.45 juste pour un café, mais il n’y avait plus personne et la machine à café était vidée et éteinte… c’est en gros le seul reproche que j’ai….

Vraiment bien placé
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Cluj. Hôtel sympa, chambres spacieuses. Les matelas sont trop mous et les lits bougent. Dans notre chambre, il fallait enjamber les wc pour atteindre le lavabo et la douche, mais ce n’est finalement pas si grave. Point négatif pour le petit-déjeuner qui n’était pas frais (moisi sur du pain emballé, beurre rance)
