A very good hotel that excels in what it does
The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was extremely clean and was just renovated. Everything was both new, and well designed and thought out. We slept very well at night as the room was isolated well from outside or inside noise. The AC was very good. The hotel is located in a good area, relatively close to the city center. It is a 10 - 20 minutes of a walk downhill there, and a slightly harder walk back because it is a walk uphill. There is a bus station located 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. All in all, we had an amazing stay.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, it had many different options. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The few “negatives” are: the hotel is next to a very busy road (noise); there is only one small elevator in the hotel and no luggage carts. The third floor is being renovated and there were some safety issues such as the stairs were blocked so in case of fire how do you get down from the 4th floor???; limited parking.

Dear Client. Thanks for the feedback. The only addition we want to make is that the block between the floors you refer to is a plastic sheet attached with paper scotch to keep the dust. In case of fire, that thin film does not block the access at all. Thank you!

This was the worse hotel experience of my life.The staff was so rude and almost denied my check in because even though i was vaccinated she stated that my vaccine card was fake.This Hotel shoudl be romeved from expedia imidiatelly

Loved both my stays at Meridian
This location is a little outside the downtown core but is within a 15-20 minute walk. The onsite restaurant has great food and exceptional service. I have stayed in three different room types and all are spacious and well-appointed for their class. The beds are comfortable so I slept as well as if not better than at home. Overall this is a great propriety at an amazing price.

Good stopover for a one night stay.
The Hotel is good for a one night stay, it’s mainly for business people, it’s a good 20 minutes walks to downtown. 15 minutes taxi ride to train station. Louis

Very clean and new. The hotel has everything you need for you stay, WiFi is fast and breakfast is good. But there are few (to none) options in walking distance. That would be my only “but”. Otherwise, it was a very good stay

Nice quiet area, easy walk to downtown shops and food. Maintenance and precheck-in setup were lacking though to say the least. Elevator creaks and rattles, a little unnerving to listen to. But the room was my only real issue. Door was left wide open by staff before i got there, no toilet paper in the room, no towels either and the shower was missing a key piece of plastic trim on the door causing the bathroom to flood during my shower. This had apparently been that way for a while since the carpet outside was stained and the floor creaked when walked on. I informed staff and they seemed very nice.

Nice, comfortable boutique hotel
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the old city centre, up a hill (providing a decent workout if you choose to walk). The staff is very welcoming, and the rooms and common areas are really nicely done, we were very pleased. Only stayed for one night so cannot comment much on services as we didn’t use them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean. Fifteen minute walk to town center, but at the end of the day, the hill back up to the hotel gets tiresome. Taxis are cheap though.

Déçue par la chambre pour 4!
Nous avons réservé une suite pour 4 personnes très propre et spacieuse mais le 2ème lit n’était pas préparé et quand nous avons voulu le faire, nous n’avons pas réussi à former un lit avec le canapé! Nos enfants qui sont de jeunes adultes ont du se partager une méridienne pour 2! Dommage au vu du standing de l’hôtel!

The hotel is located very central within Cluj. However it's located at a very noisy street from 6 AM until 12 PM. The windows help just partially with the loud traffic noises in the morning and during nights. The welcome at the front desk was okay. The service overall was good but not outstanding. The room was tidy but not clean - carpet was dirty, bathroom had a bad smell, shower was not clean. The air condition was not working. The AC was in a closed box standing on the balcony. So the room was very warm. The breakfast is limited to just a few items. For the extra expense for the breakfast I expected more variety.

ダウンタウンの少し南にあったが徒歩圏内で夜の治安も良い場所で良かった。施設建物は大きくないが設備内装とも必要十分である。スタッフの態度対応も良くクルジュの人の印象アップを感じれた。
