"I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. As a nonogenarian I was treated with the utmost courtesy and help. I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. There was ample tea/coffee & milk, a large tv but the beds were absolutely incredible, they were so comfortable as was the linen. If I was to stay again in New Quay I would 💯 stay at the Penwig hotel again xx"
