All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. It is near all the good places and love that you get a free drink per night to make up for the city fee. The bar here is great. You won't be disappointed. The only thing we did not like, is they did not have the ability to cast to the TV if you are trying to watch football in your room and they did not have the channel (we were looking for SEC network). "
