"The dresser had some type of slimy liquid on it when we walked in, hair in the shower and toilet. The tv did not work"

"Our room had no towel bars - not a single hook or place to hang a towel. The bathtub leaked onto the bathroom floor. The shower soap dispenser was empty. There was no lamp on desk so it was very dark in room. The front desk staff were very apathetic. This was not a good experience."

"We like this property and have stayed here before. However, this time we had a few issues. They only had one luggage cart. Although the desk clerk looked for it, she could not locate it. So we had to lug all our stuff to the room. The ice machine on our floor was out-of-order. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The shower drain was slow so we were showering in about 3-4" of water. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was good!"

"Good place for the night. I landed late and got the free shuttle to the hotel. Great check in and a nice comfortable room. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was your average hotel buffet. Lots of hot coffee. Hot water for tea."

"I was not at all impressed by my visit. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was talking to a coworker about an incident that had previously occurred, and even walked away before completing my check in and giving me my room key. I initially was not bothered by this, and chalked it up to a shift change. Then when I got to my room, there was a strong sewage odor. The shower was also severely stained, or not properly cleaned, and my sink drain was clogged. There was also drywall damage in the ceiling, which looked like it came from a previous leak. Night 2, I went downstairs to grab dinner, as I was not familiar with the area, only to be told that the restaurant was not open. It was 8pm, and I was told the restaurant closes at 11. I then asked for a margarita, and the person behind the bar said she was filling in and didn’t know how to make one, so she offered me beer or wine. I ended up getting a crown and Pepsi and taking it to my room. There’s more, but I’ll leave it there. Overall, the aesthetic was nice, and matched the photos, but I will not be returning. The 3 stars was mainly for the location, because it was convenient and less than a mile from places I needed to get to."
