"Everything was cool, nothing bad nothing great… but far from downtown "

"All was good except there was no TV remote in the room. I called the clerk and was told she would get one. I waited about a hour and called again but couldn't understand want she said so I went desk. She gave me a remote that would not work in a manner that showed she was not at all concern about the problem?? Another employee got another remote and came to the room to make sure it was the right one."

"The facilities are a little run-down. There were also people hanging around who appeared to be homeless and made us a little nervous. "

"Hotel was decent. We ate breakfast once, it was good. Room was clean and stocked. Only thing that we didn’t like was the two side doors that lead to the side parking lot was never secured, said room key was needed to access doors, however, both doors remained partially opened throughout the day with easy access into the building throughout the day, even at night. "

"The property had the wrong checkout time posted on the door in the room. We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. I think it is unnecessary to be so rude over a simple misunderstanding like this. Very unprofessional. This made my wife and me feel very unsafe. This should have been handled differently by staff."

"Everything was excellent except the beds were too high for us - barely 5’ tall. Stools should be available in the room. "
