"Well maintained property with great amenities and helpful staff. Located behind a shopping center with two grocery stores. Another shopping center across the street, with a 3rd grocery store. Each shopping center has a coffee shop. I stayed just after Labor Day, so during off-season. Hopefully it would be the same experience during the height off the summer."

"Great hotel, in a good area, and easily walkable to all of the bars, restaurants and shops in downtown Wilmington. My only issue was that none of the rooms have a mini fridge or refrigerator in them. I asked if were possible to rent one, but they said that was not an option. Just something to keep in mind if you want to bring leftover food back, cold drinks or need to keep your medication refrigerated."

"The location, breakfast and pool are the best points. The building definitely needs some upgrades. Our balcony had a large crack and rust. The room itself was nice but dirty. Came into handprints all over the ocean view window. There was something spilled on the coffee machine and floor near fridge. I found several pieces of trash in our room upon coming into the room.We were out of towels and soap and it took multiple requests to get any. At night there is just one worker and he is running ad there is no one to help him. We plan to return to nags head but would probably try another place."
