Easy access to the beach and pier, pier need a restaurant but is being remodel to have one available hopefully it'll be open next time we stay. Parking is available spaces seem cramped but a licensed driver shouldn't have any problems. Larger vehicles like pickup trucks just need to be extra careful. Pool and hot tubs available but we didn't have time to use them. Variety of dining options and they had a local car show while we there. Overall: Great location, staff are great, clean property and great views and beach access."

"Great short golf vacation. Three bedroom condo nicely decorated. Lots of little touches-all of the light switch covers had beach images. Indoor pool was good temperature. Enjoyed a few games of shuffle board. Beautiful view. Would stay again."

"My sister and I stayed here for our trip to Charleston and this hotel did not disappoint. You get exactly what you’re looking for, a historic hotel within walking distance, a beautiful lobby and interior with updated rooms but still having that old charm to it. The room was spacious with 2 large closets and a full length mirror (very much appreciated by my sister and I) The bathroom was smaller but to be expected with older hotels, the only downfall was the plumbing. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest so made for longer showers and the toilets didn’t flush well. But the hotel is in a perfect area. We flew in and didn't have personal transportation and were able to walk all over for great shopping, restaurants and sites. If we decide to return for another trip to Charleston we would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant in the hotel but it’s very convenient to have as well as a coffee shop. "
