"The rooms were clean, lots to do with beach on site . Parking instructions were not good and when I finally got to my room my room keys didn’t work so had to reload my car and go back to the front office to have my keys reprogram . Not their fault but after a long drive with kids not what I wanted to deal with . "

"Loved the accomodations, room was perfect and very clean. Did not like having to pay to park in the building provided for the hotel parking, there isn't an option. Fees are questionable. Otherwise it's a beautiful property w/great employees."

"My day was OK unfortunately I came when they were under construction so there were a lot of areas that were closed down. The floor that I was on did not have ice and ice was only available on the first floor. I also had some issues with parking. Location it was great, I hope Experience it again when everything is done"

"The stay was wonderful at the hotel. The only downside was getting to the hotel due to the roads being blocked, because of bike week! I’m disabled and I use a walker due to a recent stroke. So having to walk a long distance to parking was difficult for me."

"Only complaint.. the coffee maker was missing the filter. The service people were verrrrry nice and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped… and I normally don’t like kitchens in hotel rooms.. but we ate well and I happily cooked because the kitchen was so well stocked. We traded our assigned room to a handicap room to be on a higher floor.. and it worked out well. "

" Has an excellent stay in the penthouse a being view , small thing like battery in remote which came right away , we has fresh towels and trash take out everyday . Dislikes : furniture in rooms need to upgraded , tvs need upgrade . Refrigerator leaks water , has ice maker in refrigerator but don’t make ice .parking: was great , also motorcycles friendly Over all enjoyed my stay !!! "

"The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids"
