This was my first time staying at the Bay View Resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and had a gorgeous view. There were some things in need of repair/updating (carpets, luggage carts). The pool area was fun and the new pool bar was a great spot. The drinks were delicious and the bartender was very friendly and fun. The resort does have off site (about a block away) parking. It is within walking distance of the “strip” and there are several dining options nearby. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely book another stay here.

It was dirty. There was a weave on the balcony and inside on hallway. Tvs didnt work right. Windows were dirty. Linins had stains. The pull out couch mattress should’ve been replaced years ago. Not enough towels for a 6 person room. Elevators were dim. View was nice but overall like a cruddy motel.

Pool was 4 ft wide, room was unlocked when we went in. Sink was full of toothpaste spit, toilet paper holder was broken and left there, hair on toilet. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee was there to make. Called to get it cleaned and it took almost 3 hrs for someone to come up. Lazy River was so small, a rude and unfriendly front office staff employee. The only good thing was the view of the ocean.

Good location, just okay stay. Elevator issues in parking garage and resort, fire dept. called for resort. Could not control temperature in room even though thermostat present. Maintenance crew called for help, only to learn that our rooms air/heating was controlled by an adjoining room. Would not stay here again.
