Very nice hotel a few blocks away from Times Square. Rooms are very functional and spotless. Staff was very helpful, particularly from the restaurant. Check out is at 11 AM though. Highly recommendable.

Overall the stay was great. It was a place to lay our heads down at night. The Pool is only open until 6 for kids- I brought a Teenager, so after a long day a good swim is what we needed, but no dice! Pool area was kept as clean as it could- the pool staff needs a bit more hospitality training, some lounges were not prioritized for guests of the hotel. Desk help was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt very safe staying there.
