Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! "Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. "

"The customer service was excellent, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and provided quick support. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. This hotel was a wise and correct choice when I went to Sapa; everyone should book and stay here when visiting Sapa."

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"
