"Clean room, great staff. Lacks bathroom fan, we used the bath tub which has a tv, but when your at ground level you cant see the tv at all due to angle. Light bulbs burn out. The mattresses had springs popping out the edges which was not comfortable. The under bed lighting, although a nice touch, its a bit much and disruptive. "

"The room was quite nice and the C-train was very convenient. However without the A/C the room got very hot but the AC wall unit was very loud and would startle me awake when it turned on."

"We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor was quite dirty and felt sticky on our bare feet. My daughter dropped some lotion on the floor and went to wipe it up and the dirt that come off the floor when she wiped it was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was also sticky and felt unclean. We had to leave our shoes and slippers on all the time. My white socks were brown after the first hour in the room. They were new white socks! Bedding appeared clean and bed was comfortable. There was a blanket on the bottom that was gritty tho. The hotel itself seemed clean. Pleasant staff. "
