"The unit was located inside a condo area, gated, with 4 separate pools and a daytime restaurant. It was extremely nice. No elevators, so request a main floor if ADA is needed. The units are very near downtown and the beach (about 3/4 mile away, so walkabale). We did use Uber, which was available most times if needed. The resort at the beach connected to these units was amazing. Basically $44/day per person, but 30 of that goes to food/drinks. And they provide a shuttle back and forth multiple times a day. The RR's in our unit were really good as was the stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook on your own including an electric grill on the patio."

"Great location, clean room, great staff. Warm and inviting pool and personal hammock to relax. Beautiful beach only a block away. Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. Tons of butterflies and even a few hummingbirds frequent all the flowers around the property. I would definitely stay here again."

"This trip was a quick four day trip to Costa Rica. I just wanted a clean room on the beach. It was very economically priced. The room was clean and spacious. This is not the normal resort or hotel I would stay in but it was excellent for what I was looking for on this trip. I usually stay at nicer much more expensive, all inclusive resorts where its a mile to the food, or beach. This one is right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk or $4 Uber ride to town. That allowed for us to sample the local food and drinks off-property. There's a pool which I didn't use. There's an on-site restaurant/bar. The staff is amazing. No frowns and everyone was super helpful. I know a little Spanish and some of the team knows a little English. Most of them speak English. Freddy and Angel at the bar were very attentive and helpful. I didnt see the inflated prices some guests complained of at the bar. Service was excellent. Freddy brought us chairs and drinks to the beach. Angel checked on us for drink orders. Sunsets here are amazing!"

"The property is gorgeous with 4 pools and great landscaping. It’s the perfect place to relax. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach and other beaches are nearby. The two grocery stores near the entrance are a bonus. The condo had a well appointed kitchen although we never used it. The check in process worked very well. Communication with the staff before the stay was great but not good after check in which is our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again."

"Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart rental is availiable and I would reccomend as walking is nice, but in +38 temperatures it can be a little challenging. Thank you T.G."
