"Gorgeous hotel in a great location in Coral Gables. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops and just a short drive to other cool areas such as Coconut Grove and Brickell. The staff was friendly and professional and everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"The first room we were given had a large, dirty mat with many stains. It smelled very strong and moldy, and we could barely breathe in the room. The second room smelled a bit better since it didn’t have carpet, but the shower was not working. The tub was full of water and would not drain. The phone in the room also did not work, and there were no instructions on how to reach the front desk.
